Hello... is anybody there?

posted Thursday, 12 July 2007

I haven't heard from anybody reading this in a while, which sometimes makes me wonder if anybody is reading (other than moms!)

June saw my expander exchange surgery, which went really well... with the exception that my boobs are still totally uneven. Everybody says that "nobody's are perfectly even", but these are *really* uneven (as in one is an inch lower than the other). So the surgery parade is not over, but it's over for now... I'm tired... and with my clothes on, nobody can really tell the difference.... but I am looking forward to the day when I am not worried about where my girls are sitting and whether it's obvious that they don't match.

Anyways, my blog-city subscription just expired. How did I wind up picking the only pay-blog hosting service? I'm exploring options for some of the free blogs, but it seems like a lot of work to move this over. So if you can convince me that keeping this site up is worth while, I will renew... but I only have 10 days... so ready... set... go!

you have readers!!! You haven't posted in months! I was starting to wonder how you were!! Curious if you're back to working full time, if you're in Philly? And is your frisbee throwing arm affected by your lopsided gals (are you sure you didn't have that on purpose to ensure less friction?). And am VERY jealous that you get to hang out with my gal Jen B when she starts back up in the Philly office. It will probably be a year before I can travel back out to the east coast again (I'm due in october), and that's a long time to go without getting my NY fix! I love the blog for keeping me posted on what you're up to. I like your blog service b/c they send out emails informing me when you've posted (xanga does too, but a lot of services don't) - if it weren't for that I wouldn't be reading. Maybe you can just start a new blog elsewhere, as your 'new' chapter in life. :)

This I guess would be my first real reply. Considering your post, felt it was appropriate. I start my day, every day, with my cup of coffee at work and check your site for postings. Love hearing how you are doing, or more selfishly, I read your blog to help me keep things into REAL perspective on what challenges I think I have vs what real challenges are. So, loved your blog, will miss it, but understand there might be a need to move on, So I sincerely appreciate all that you have shared. Take care Coconut

I was just migrating Karin's address book from a home computer that I'm decommissioning, and I ran across your site address again. Since it probably was the spring when I last read something here (and this is your first post since then), I guess I count as a reader! :)
